Konica Minolta launches AccurioPress C7100/C7090

Replacing the highly successful AccurioPress C6100 Series, the new AccurioPress C7100 model runs at 100 pages per minute (ppm) with the AccurioPress C7090 at 90ppm. Perfect Quality
The new Simitri V toner from Konica Minolta is eco-friendly and formulated for performance. Melting is fast, energy efficient and low maintenance, resulting in outstanding quality on a wider variety of media up to 400 g/m2. Combined with an output resolution equivalent to 3,600 dpi x 2,400 dpi, outstanding results are achieved even from the longest printing.
Advanced Abilities
With automatic duplex banners up to 1300mm and the flexibility to handle embossed and textured media, machine handling is so simple that the most complex projects can be carried out by a single operator. 4up A4 brochure etc.
Smart Automation
By instantly detecting the exact stock being used, the optional Intelligent Media Sensor IM-101 significantly reduces production time. At the same time, the optional IQ-501 Intelligent Quality Treatment Unit ensures highly consistent color quality and front-to-back registration of each print in real time. With no recalibration or mid-way inspection, users benefit from image data printing which can now be directly compared to scanned data from the IQ-501 with real-time variable data printing (VDP) inspection.
Enhanced Finisher
As with the entire AccurioPress portfolio, a wide variety of finishes and other functions are offered, in addition to booklet creation, binding, perfect binding, and wire binding. Konica Minolta’s TU-510, the world’s first inline cutting end, successfully introduced with the AccurioPress C14000 high-volume production printer, is available for the AccurioPress C7100 Series. The TU-510 is a four-sided trimmer and creaser that allows full finish support for long sheets, booklets, catalogs, and custom business card cutting options.
Excellent Durability

Among the new technologies built into the engine are a more durable lubricated drum, double corona cable with automatic cleaning, an optimized paper conveying solution, and a dual swing registration system for increased paper compatibility and feed accuracy. The AccurioPress C7100 series is designed to support highly responsive print environments where customers are rethinking agility and offer a choice of different controller front ends from EFI, CREO and Konica Minolta’s own offerings to suit customer needs.
